Villa Vista Mar y Volcán, is a beautiful home with views of the volcano and the ocean, ideal for vacations with family and friends, located in a quiet residential area. Its rooms are spacious, offering an ideal place for an excellent vacation. The house is in Playa Blanca, 5-minute walk from the Montaña Roja Volcano and 10 minutes from the sea. The house has capacity for 6 people and all the rooms are on the same floor, except the pool, which its acces is from the terrace going down stairs. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of them double and one en suite with a double bed and bathroom. Another bathroom between the two bedrooms and a large living-dining room. Fully equipped independent kitchen with: ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, classic coffee maker, filter and Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, toaster, kettle and juicer. From the living room, you can enjoy nice moments wit beautiful views. The place has a table, 6 chairs and a sofa. From here you go down stairs to the pool area. It has a small garden and a large pool, a barbecue and furniture to have lunch or dinner, under an umbrella. The pool can be heated in winter for an additional cost of €120 per week. In the house it has: washing machine and laundry room with recycling containers, safe, air conditioning in all bedrooms, electrical anti-mosquito devices, mosquito nets in the bedrooms, Smart TV and satellite channels (Languages: Spanish, English, German , French) and free internet access (wifi). We supply shower, beach towels and bed linen. 140 m² accommodation, tastefully and modernly furnished, comfortable and bright, with all rooms facing the outside. The house always has parking available on public street, since it is a dead end street where there is no traffic.
