Our approach to guests is personalised before and throughout their stay. As soon as your booking is done, we will contact you to organise your stay so everything goes smoothly. You will receive a welcoming pack composed of a water bottle, milk, coffee, snacks etc… and the properties include towels, shampoo, shower and soap in all of our bathrooms. All you need to begin an enjoyable stay in Lanzarote!
We will advise you on the best places to go for dinner, as well as cultural activities, sport events and other fun activities in Lanzarote. Everything you need to experience your stay as locals do. Besides the accommodation, if you need any other service or advice, do not hesitate to ask us! We can help you with car or bike rentals, a full fridge on your arrival, cleaning during your stay and anything else that you might need.
Our guests are always supported. Even if we don’t meet you while you’re in our accommodation, you can count on us if you need anything. We will solve your problems or necessities as quickly as possible.
